Role

The Business Director is an integral part of Public Address’s success and growth. As part of the leadership team, this person will have a strong understanding of PA’s business, be a leader for our people and culture, and be a partner to our clients.

The Business Director will work closely with our Design Directors, leading various projects both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional account management by understanding both the client's and PA’s business.

  • Create and maintain long-term relationships with our clients

  • Generate organic business 

  • Confidently lead discussions and presentations with our partners 

  • Drive profitability by having a deep understanding of financials
  • Manage and mentor the team

  • Ensure the project team’s capacity, workload, and morale are always considered

  • Ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish, both internally and externally

  • Contribute to finding and locking new business opportunities for PA

  • Contribute to the development of PA’s culture, process, tools, programs, ways of working, etc.

  • 8+ years of account services experience

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Suite, and Slack

  • Experience with Notion, Airtable, Figma, Asana and/or other resourcing/project management software

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
